The most Awful service

<p>This evening at 7.15pm I ordered food to the value of just about R200,00 using the online delivery service. At 8pm I got the message its on its way. 8.50pm I called the delivery service to verify whats happening as Im still waiting for my food. However the food was only delivered by 9.10pm. Really?! I sent the food back after the guy told me they are extremely busy. By this time it is way too late to eat. It took two hours to deliver and also only after I called to verify where my order was. Who eats their supper after 9 at night? ***!This must be the worst service ever. Once again McDonalds in pretoria west takes the cake with their absolute **** service. I have numerous times complained about them and nothing seems to happen. What can I do about this as they just really dont give a fig?</p>
