The Manager at this Sunvalley MacDonalds

So I oder a double quater pounder medium meal cream soda no ice..so the manager tells me sorry I can't fill your cup because you not taking ice with your cream soda so I asked why because normally they fill it so she said that I'm not special so I said ok and yet to see she is on her phone the phone time while her staff is working hard and she is easy buzzz please sorr your staff out else I'll take it further then this....this happened at about 15:15
