The ice cream machine is broken yet again!

I ordered a Oreo mocha and paid for it. After that I had to wait for 30 to 40 mins before they told me that the Oreo mocha had finished. They gave me partial refund and I ordered some chips. I was just hungry. I am not satisfied with the service as I had to wait a long time and I did not get what I paid for. I would not recommend anybody to go there. It is what I expect in this country at this point.
