The best and the worst

<p>When Mcdonalds first opened their doors in south africa I used to get burgers there for one simple reason, quick and efficient service. The burgers were never my faourite bt the fact that I could get in and out in less than 5 mins was the drawcard , this soon changed as the service got slower and slower.</p> <p>I then stopped using Mcdonalds for several years , two years back I walked into Mcdonalds in MIddelburg Mpumalanga and quickly realised that along with the slow service I now also had to contend with ****** attitude , after waiting for 5 mins to be served , with only one other customer there , I was told that I was standing at the wrong till and had to move over to the till were the waitress standing to have my order taken !? are you deaf ? cant you hear me when I am standing a meter further away ? or is it that you used to work as a traffic cop ? you are a waitress now , take my order and stop trying to tell me where the hell to stand !!! But I could see the ****** attitude so I just left.</p> <p> few weeks later I would repeat the operation (with the same results )</p> <p>, bye bye Mcdonalds , your ****** loser waitress just lost you a customer for life</p> <p> </p> <p>But as luck would have it I was forced to go back into a Mcdonalds a few months later as I was in Nelspruit late one evening and it was the only take-away still open (Mcdonalds at Crossings), so I braced myself for the ****** attitude and getting stuffed around , but I was surprised it was the best service I ever got in any take-away , the staff was so friendly and talkative and the burger got there in record time</p> <p>5 star service , and I go there everytime I go to Nelspruit and the service stays excellent , my congratulations to the manager and owner your Mcdonalds is the best by far</p> <p> </p> <p>Now due to this excellent experience I decided to go into Mcdonalds close to the wapadrand security village in Pretoria to get myself a burger when i was there ..... and I wish I didn't , another repeat of the Middelburg inciddent (waitress who thinks she is a traffic cop ) and when i asked to speak to the manager and I told her how bad their service is compared to Nelspruit Mcdonalds she just laughed and thought it was hillarious , too dumb to understand I was complaining ?</p> <p> </p> <p>anyway Mcd's you better take a long good look at how most branches treat your customers or soon you and Ronald will both be working at a circus</p> <p> </p> <p>Crossings Mcdonalds you keep up the excellent service and we will see each other regularly</p>
