THANK YOU MC DONALDS WOODMEAD!!!!!!

I would like to share my experience at McDonald’s Woodmead. Over the course of three days, I was welcomed by Nancy and Moheidi, who provided truly exceptional service. Due to electricity outages in my area, this branch became the closest place where I could work and stay connected, and the care I received during that time was remarkable. Nancy and Moheidi did not treat me like just another customer. They showed genuine care throughout my visits...regularly checking in to see if I was okay and engaging in friendly, thoughtful conversations from as early as 9am until 6pm. I have never felt the need to submit feedback for a McDonald’s before, as the service is usually consistent across branches. However, this experience stood out so much that I felt compelled to write in. Their warmth, attentiveness, and kindness truly made a long and challenging few days much easier and more pleasant. Please ensure that this message is shared with Nancy and Mohidi.
