Thank you Bomikazi

Good day,

I made a call to Tyger Manor McDonalds at 11:07 to request a copy of a receipt as the one I had was unclear and I really needed a new one reprinted and emailed for company purposes.

I spoke to Bomikazi who took my details and assured me she would send me a copy soon after our conversation. I neded the call happy with her assistance and sure she understood the request, however I did not have much hope that I would receive a response or expected to wait hours for it.

To my delighted suprise at 11:17 I had received my email from Bomikazi with exactly the receipt I needed. I would just like to say Thank You to her for the efficient service and fast response she provided. She went out of her way to make sure I was happy and for that I am very grateful.

Something small but definitely go along way.
