Terrifying service

Poor service received from the cashier Mashakeni C. She was not a the counter when we wanted to place an order we kept on saying hallo no respond this was very irritating as it was raining. Eventually she responded no apology for the delay we place order no confirmation from her side to confirm that she received our the next window were we pay we asked her did you get the order correctly as we wanted no ice and no onions on the burger. She than slammed the window and walked away we were waiting to pay another ladt came to assist us further which she had to take the order again.
