Terrible....I want my money

Ordered a mcflurry at the kiosk which allowed me to take place an order after 10mins of waiting they stated the machine is not working, I asked for my refund, I was told they not allowed to process it as I bought at the kiosk and I was asked for my full card number and bank to get it processed. Which I felt the card number is they on the receipt and no need for me to provide....I asked for a manager a guy named Titus came through no urgency or customer service was app****. Very rude even....no staff member had name tags and didnt provide last name...I left the shop with no refund neither the product I purchased
