Terrible Service: No Show

So I placed an order on the Mc Delivery sight around 11am this morning. I did this early because I have back to back meetings and short break in between to eat, so I wanted to at least have food available as soon as I stepped out of my meeting. It is after 14pm and I have still gotten nothing and when i checked on their tracking it is still on order received.

Right now the situation is that I do not have enough time to eat. I have had nothing since 6 am, I have a terrible headache and I have to carry on in a meeting in this state. I feel like this is extreme negligence on Mc Donald's site and they are not even aware of the repercussions of their lack of time keeping and service.

It's not just a missed delivery, its someone out there sitting with a headache, someone out there with low blood, dizziness and driving with a headache which could lead to greater things like passing out, an accident while driving because of the lack of concentration.

I am extremely upset
