Terrible service/ no customer service of any sort

I went to the Mc Donald's on Rietfontein road in Boksburg through the drive thru the lady asked me if I was paying cash/ card I told her card. She asked me if I could please come into the shop to pay with my card.I went in and the lady at the counter asked me if I don't have cash because all their card machines are with the delivery guys. I then made a suggestion that they deliver at my office I gave them all my details and left.30 minutes went past and no delivery I phoned the shop and no one all of a sudden knew about my order. The guy then told me that he would bring my food but he is going to charge me so I explained to him that he can't charge me because it's their fault I was at their shop and they had no card machine. I then cancelled my order because why should I pay extra when they are in the wrong and even lost my order? I am just not happy with them previously I went through their drive through and then they ask me to park my car then they will bring the food to me. If I wanted it that way I would've gone into their shop in the first place. I will not support them again.If I knew I had Burger king, KFC & chicken licken on my doorstep I would make sure my service is great
