Terrible service Mcdonalds jbay

I havent received this poor service in a while. We ordered 2 sa breakfasts. It was very quiet. After waiting a while our food arrived without fries. We were told it was still being cooked. Again we waited. I went to ask the manager what was wrong as i saw many customers leaving with fries. Only then did they realize we were still waiting.
