Terrible service horrible managers and lack quality food

Lady name is Charlotte Terrible service , poor food quality She gave us burnt vegetable burgers and it tasted horrible When we called her she told us **** on the phone we are hungry becasue there was no electricity she said we mustn't eat it then it's our money going to waste

She is the worst person I have ever dealt with and she is not worthy of being a manager If this is not sorted out she needs to go
