terrible service from trainee at the tills

We went in to get a burger for myself and a kids meal for my son. The drive through service was amazing yet I had to change my order from a grand chicken spicy burger but I never wanted the health bun and all I wanted was the normal bun with all the sauces and stuff. Then I get told they cannot do that when I ask at the front counter from a trainee that actually controls the whole place. Ordered 2 apple pie with my meal but then my wife decides to make a scene just before my meal is served. So I left with my kids meal and my burger then after the complaint I must wait for my apple pie which I chose not to do and decided to just leave without them. All the staff was amazing except this trainee who has a big mouth and seems to be running the show there.
