Terrible service from tongaat mall McDonald's

Been to tongaat mall the newly built one and decided to get mcdonalds thinking they are fast however been on the drive through and said hello! Cause there was no response the person just said give me one moment will be with you shortly..... Guess what 10 minutes later we wait and even had our fruits and juice while waiting cause we was soo hungry. We then say another hello! The person says welcome to macdonalds what would you like to order, given them the order of just a burger and add fries to it the person said so you want another fries of top of the meal like seriously English is key!!!! Guess the staff is all new even when went to pick the meal up you had to wait cause they take took long to even prepare it..... Get new stuff there or else you will lose business seen many cars doing a u turn to go to kfc!!!! This is not good service!!!! Employ experienced people....i have a video of it and will also share this public disgraceful
