Terrible Service from McDonald's Chatsworth Centre

So I decided to try out the new mcdonalds Chatsworth centre this evening. And I must say I'm very dissapointed with the service. Firstly trying to place the an order with a cashier, who doesn't seem to know the products that McDonald's offer and ended up selecting incorrect items for me. I then decided to go to the new self service ordering systems and place the order myself, to find how not user friendly it is. It took me 10 minutes to place an order that I could have verbally gave to competent cashier in 20 seconds. After finally placing my order, we had to wait over an hour to actually receive our meals. By this point we were so hungry that we had to eat whatever was given to us, even though it was made with such poor quality. The burgers were cold, the cheese in the burgers were hard, I don't know how long they were made and kept before giving it to us. The chips were soaked with old and flimsy, tasted like cardboard. The cool drinks were flat and tasted like water with some horrible flavor added to it. One thing is for sure, I'll never to going there again. Absolute waste of my time and money, only to come home and feeling sick to my stomach after eating those badly prepared food. 0 stars.
