Terrible service from McDonald's

So I order breakfast for my family at 10 as I know the breakfast menu ends at 10:30. I do this though scoot. I keep on tracking my order which says they are waiting for the restaurant to accept the order. So we wait and wait. I finally recieve a phone call from a very friendly and apologetic lady from scoot head office saying that when the driver got there to pick up my order they told him to leave as breakfast is over. She immediately refunded me my money and could not apologize enough. Great service from scoot. Terrible customer service from McDonald's. I order know time and they don't deliver.
