Terrible service from macdonalds in raisethorpe

Did and order with Macdonalds and the entire order was wrong,the delivery guy [MR.D]was absolutely rude and refused to take back the order.We called macdonalds in raisethorpe and they had to speak to him then only did he take back the order.When he came back with new order the cold drinks tasted like water,the burgers looked so terrible and we were still missing part of the order.Absolutely terrible service from Macdonalds in raisethorpe today.
