TERRIBLE SERVICE

Terrible service received from the McDonald's in Paarl main road.

So this was my 3rd time visiting them and everytime they ask me to wait for 3 mins then its 5 minutes for the fries. Well today i ordered me food by the drive through and i changed my order with no fries as i don't have the time to wait for the fries, then they ignore me and assist a other customer this is not on. Then i went to the window where i must pay buy been waiting there for 5 minutes no one came to the window to assist me, parked my car went in and they can't allow me to go in because their doors is still close, meanwhile the manager that came to the door she told me and still **** to me to tell me that she was there when there were absolutely no one. Seems to me they were to in a rush to go home and don't care about their clients but their own time.

It is really pathetic that i have to wait so long to be assisted and to wait for the fries everytime i go there
