Terrible Service

I placed an order on the Uber eats app for macdonalds, I paid for the order but did not receive it. I have tried numerous times to contact Mcdonalds Umhlanga Rocks but no one seems to answer the phone. The service is absolutely dissapointing from both Uber eats and McDonald's as they took my money but I received no food and no one wants to take ownership for this.
