Terrible service

If i could give zero stars i would do so!!!!!! Waverley Pretoria McDonald's wil never see us again!!!!!!! People wait 1hr inside store for takeaway order if not longer!!!!! Screen says ready to colbut theres nothing, not even packed,stil on the warmer for more than 30min!!!! Shows on screen ready, for so long that it eventually disappeares. I ordered my order 9pm. After i spoke i only colected 9.45pm!!!!!! Been saying ready for 30min, then eventually disappeared from the board.theres no order in the place. All mixed up!!!!!im terribly disgusted with your service!and food waiting so long now tastes horrible!!!!
