Terrible Service

This is not my 1st time experiencing this problem at McDonald's in Newtown Junction. The first time I was rushing to work so I was advised to use the self service machines to order. Fortunately I didn't have wait for my order they were quick, however when I got to work and ready to eat my meal my burger was made up with only cheese, a patty and buns, nothing morning, bare in mind this was meant to be a Big Mac. I took it back and the response was disappointing.

Today same thing happens. I was very angry bacause I had to go back and show them what they have given me. Time wasted..

If I needed a patty, I would have made one at home, they definitely need to up they game, First time I let it pass because any can make a mistake but twice, that tells me McDonald's needs to hire people who will appreciate they jobs more and people who deserve the job!
