Terrible service by Thembinkosi Madonsela

My wife and I placed a drive thru order @ Mc Donald’s in LemonTree. Whilst placing the order the salesperson was very rude and rushed our order in a very disrespectful manner, by saying “ Kuphelele” in the most derogatory way for every item we requested. Please teach Thembinkosi Madonsela good customer service, as when a customer asks for your name to report bad service you cannot refer to yourself as “RAMBO”.. how unprofessional is that??
