Terrible Service

Hi.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service that I’ve just received from this McDonalds. I’ve ordered 3 burger meals and nuggets with Uber eats however, my order was not captured correctly so I ended up with the wrong order of missing items.

The uber driver then went back to the store however, waited for an hour and the store refused to send the missing meal. We thereafter, had to drive all the way to the store itself to no avail, as the 3 managers on duty were unfriendly and extremely unhelpful.

It is now 3 hours later that I’ve received the order.
