Terrible service, Bad Food and Management does not know how to Apologise

<p>On Friday, 21 July 2017, I went to McDonald’s in Bellville and ordered two Large McFeast Mc Meals with two Oreo McFlurries with extra Oreo. We stood in the drive through for some time and when we got to the pay point, the staff does not even greet a person. She did not look at me, she did not confirm my order and she did not say thank you.</p> <p> </p> <p>We then proceeded to the collection point and there was a car in front of us. I could see that the lady in the car was not happy with her meal as she was handing goods back to the ladies in McDonald’s and again and again. She then left. I received my order after I had to wait for a few minutes, but never the less, I got it and went home. We do not live far from the Bellville Branch, and the fries was ice cold and tasted like cardboard.</p> <p> </p> <p>Not only that the fries did not taste nice, this was a medium meal, medium drinks. So there I was, getting back in my car and went back to McDonald’s. I spoke to the Manager “Cynthia” and she replaced my chips (which was still ice cold) and gave us new drinks. This lady did not even apologise to me, she just walked away and the rest of the staff finished the order. The food was then shoved into our window.</p> <p> </p> <p>I do not expect royal treatment, but this was most definitely not my first bad experience. In fact, I have never had a good experience with the branch in Bellville. I was so disgusted. This is also the only branch where the word “Drive Thru” does not mean anything as you always have to go park your car for the staff to bring your food.</p> <p> </p> <p>Utterly disgusting.</p>
