Terrible Service

We ordered a regular grand chicken spicy meal, regular mcroyale meal and 4 pc nuggets wich was meant to come with a dip (we chose the jalapeno mayo) through the Mcdonald's Kyalami Corner drive thru this evening. When we got home we realised that the jalapeno mayo dip was not inside the bag. This would be the second time that this branch had left out something from our order. Not to mention the shockingly slow service through the drive-thru when it is busy (cars sometimes stand at the last window waiting for their order for at least 10-15 minutes) or the fact that on many occasions they give you half your order even though they have a screen with your order which any literate person can read from. You always get the impression that the outlet is under staffed. Well anyway, our meal was spoiled once again. Tried calling the store 5 times but no answer. Pathetic service at it's best.
