Terrible Service @Pinelands Branch

17 Oct 2023 - my team at work decided to buy sundaes and when we got to the McDonald's in Pinelands the staff advised they cannot serve us because their s****s were out of stock. We then asked if they could serve us because we had s****s and they said no. We asked if they had s****s for the corn and they advised they do but still could not assist and the other person walked into the kitchen then never returned after speaking to her colleague in a different language who said we can't be served. The manager walked by asking a worker what's happening and then also walked to the kitchen and never returned.

We then settled for ice-cream cones. I tried rating your service with the above but the website and barcode didn't work.

We're really disappointed in the fact that your staff were so rude and unwilling to even try and assist us. The service is so poor and sad because we're regular customers, we literally buy there once/twice a week.

23 Oct 2023 - My query was not resolved.

I received a call from Tsakane at McDonald's call Centre asking me to again explain the incident at your Pinelands branch.

She then said someone from the branch would call me and a few minutes later they did but I missed the call and tried calling back later in the afternoon. The phone rang and got canceled.

Then I got an sms telling me that the query was resolved when they one attempted to contact me once.

I literally kept all the proof.

It's really pathetic service.
