Terrible service at McDonalds

Had an awful experience at the local mcdonalds drive thru in Pietermaritzburg. The lady was screaming at me, wrt, paying cash instead of using debit card. I endeavored to ask where this is displayed and had waited in the long cue. You know this, she said. Realized this was a pointless rant, that was not going to achieve an early supper. I will never visit a McDonald's again. Your customer service is non existed, no solution materialized. Your staff need training.
