Terrible service at Mcdonalds

Terrible service!!! I ordered from McDonald's in pietermaritzburg at the corner or commercial and burger street on 18/10/25 and placed and order for a happy meal chicken burger as we do not eat beef. After paying and making our way home,my daughter tasted her burger and it was a beef burger. I tried contacting McDonald's, but there was no answer. I logged a complaint through email and received a call from Slindile(manager),who clearly does not know how to handle client complaints, she only apologized after I made it known to her that throughout the conversation she did not apologize, nit even once. She was more interested in pointing/proving that I did the wrong thing. I had to send her a picture of my receipt and the burger patty to prove my innocence. After going back and forth, she wanted to give me a free burger and made a statement that she will only replace the burger as the other things were okay. I DONT THINK SHE UNDERSTOOD THAT IT IS NOT ABOUT GETTING A REPLACEMENT MEAL BUT RATHER THE INCONVENIENCE CAUSED BY HER STAFF. SHE DISPLAYED NO EMPATHY OR CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. I requested to speak to jer area manager and she said that she will get another manager to call me. I THEN MADE IT CLEAR THAT I DO NOT WANT ANOTHER MANAGER TO CALL AND I WOULD WANT TO SPEAK TO THE AREA MANAGER,but this to fell on deaf ears as a few minutes later I got a call from a manager named Zama, who seem to be more understanding.
