Terrible service at McDonald's

I'm very irritated.. Got to McDonald's Stoneridge at 18:02, my order processed at 18:10 which was all good, 3 seperate orders placed.. The problem was having to wait over 30 minutes for my order.. So much for fast foods.. What made it worse was being told that they busy receiving fold over breads and being offered a refund over 30 minutes later..

There was no professionalism or customer service..

The other order was removed from the screan, without being prepared.. It's only after querying about my order that they started preparing it and was then told about the bread and refund..

I'm very disappointed and annoyed at the same time..

We ended up leaving around 7pm.

I really cannot be spending an hour at McDonald's when we weren't even sitting in.. That's really not acceptable..

Most of the workers there as well as the manager didn't have name tags so I can't really mention names..

After everything, my first order was taken as it was cold and i was told that I'm being given a fresh one only to get home and find that they hadn't put back my spicey hot sauce..

I've never experienced this at any other McDonald's, this was the worst treatment ever..
