Terrible service at Mc Donald's

I placed an order online on the 27/08/2024 at Mc Donald's Durban Road my food never arrived, i called the restaurant they told me the food is there, the are no drivers available they told me to call the call centre after i have told them i don't have a car that's why i wanted a delivery not a collection. After 2 hours of waiting for my food i called the call centre they said they will try to find a driver for me it was already 3hours of waiting, the food did not arrived. I called again at call centre for a refund they told me it will take up to 2-3 days for the refund i told them its fine they must process the refund. Today its the 3rd of September i have not receive my refund, no one has contacted me and i have not receive any communication from Mc Donalds, i just called them now they telling me that they are having technical issues. Mc Donald what kind of the service is this?? I have to wait for how long to get my money (R307.70) from you.
