Terrible service and rude staff

Good Evening. I have just been to your Benoni branch. Get told to wait 6 min for an apple pie. Took 10 min for the apple pie. I then told them I refuse to wait in the parking bays. I would wait in the Que. One of your staff then cam out with another customers meal and informed them that i refused to move and was rude. My wife then told the staff member in question that if she had something to say she could say it to her face not behind her back. She then got rude to my wife who got out of the car to confront her. She then ran away. We went inside to call a manager to assist. The manager then threatened to hit me because I was taking his photo. You should really look at how this branch is run .
