Terrible service and level of staff knowledge

Went to macdonals highveld mall for breakfast on16th june worst decision ever , we spend almost 500 rand on breakfast firstly the lady taking our order got our order mixed up badly she left 1 persons hotchoclate out and we paid for 2 extra hashbrowns and wasn't given it .the manager Hendry standing outside didnt even bother to assist us with the hotchoclate he went inside to get our hash rows and took a fuhtur 15 minutes..all our food was so cold waiting for the Hashbrowns and the manager just rudly told us I gave u chips extra after we waited 15 minutes for 2 hashbrowns....the food was so horrible because it was cold the service was so shoddy will never go there again I rather drive to saveways macdonals for better food and service ..
