terrible service and food quality

<p>McDonald's mall of Africa is absolutely terrible. Myself and three colleagues work in the mall and we consistently buying from McDonald's. </p> <p>Every morning the chips is always old, the chips is never fresh.</p> <p>Trading hours, mall of Africa McDonald's never opens on time.</p> <p>Whenever you request for no ice in the cool drink and the cup to be filled up, you are told that they can not fill the cup. The manager then told us that it's the procedure not to fill the cup. It's amazing that at all other McDonald's, they fill the cup.</p> <p>Sauce, I always request for no sauce on my burgers. But there is always an error with my order. Always sauce. </p> <p>Food at McDonald's always takes longer at mall of Africa. </p> <p>Hygiene is sometimes an issue. </p> <p>This is unacceptable, people in the mall are always complaining about McDonald's service. </p> <p>Everytime we buy food we have to take it back. Something must be done about this.</p>
