Terrible service and food at Mac Donalds in Kuruman

I would like to share my disappointing experience with you. I ussually enjoy Macdonals but my husband does not. He needs some motivation to stop there.

Today we were on the road early and wanted to get some breakfast. We stopped at Kuruman Macdonals which is a 24h shop. We were told we could not get breakfast. The lady helping us was unsure why. We then ordered 2 x 2 cheeseburger meals. To which the lady said she could not ring it up because the computer said it was invalid. Waiting for someone to assist us. Finally order in we collect and start our journey.

We open the bag and we recieve ice cold, dry burgers. Even adding a whole packet of tomato sause the burger is stil so dry you have to swallow with coffee.

Seriously, we paid for this food and then we get this level of service and cold dry food. Shocking.

I have sent numerous emails to head office with no reply. This not the only time They regularly can't make coffee because the machine is broken, or they do not have milk. last week they didn't have water i think it is still ongoing so no ice, coffee or anything you would leave your house for.

I take it head office is also out of water or Wi-Fi, to explain the lack of accountability. Beaudette Hobbs ***
