Terrible service and filthy store McDonald's Vereeniging

I have been to many McDonald's over the years and I frequently support the Umhlanga and my Edgecombe branches kudos to those stores, however I was extremely appalled by the pathetic service and filth at the vereeniging voortrekker, this store is unsanitary has a revolting stench staff are rude not willing to assist we walked out without our orders, store stating system is down we can't use the app they cannot assist when ask to speak to a manager the lady with no name tag on states she is the manager and cannot help us this took place on Easter Sunday the 4th of April heading to the airport my daughter wanted her McDonald's stopped at Kempton park branch no issues even though system down put the code in from the app we we sort out of there in less than 5 minutes service excellence
