TERRIBLE SERVICE AND CREW MEMEBERS

<p>I purchased 2 Mcflurry and 1 Caramel Cuppa Cake at Mcdonald's in Savanah Polokwane, I waited for 10 minutes without receiving my order, this is after I realised that the people who purchased after me are receiving their orders, I went to the Crew Member who was assisting my by the name of Salphie, she said I'll receive my order shortly, another 10 minutes passed by I asked her again then she said she'll be with me shortly, I had to cancel the order as I've been waiting like a crazy somebody, still for the order to be cancelled I had to wait for 10-15 minutes, your service there is extremely bad, and worst part is that when I told the manager about it she made an excuse that the ice machine isn't working properly, when I asked how come other customers are getting their ice creams she couldn't answer me.</p>
