Terrible service and attitude by a staff member at Mcdonlds Hillcrest

I received such terrible treatment and service at McDonalds Hillcrest. This morning i came in to get breakfast, like i always do every morning before going to work, i normally drive through but the drive through was closed, i then parked and went inside the restaurant to purchase my breakfast, the lady who assisted me was extremely rude to me, she first turned the other way and ignored me as i was standing Infront of her, she carried on and involved herself in a conversation with the other ladies who were preparing the food in the kitchen area and acted as if i was not there whilst i was standing Infront of her, until the lady who is the manager noticed this and told her to assist me. she was still very arrogant, she turned to my direction, did not greet and just looked at me, i gave her my order and she pushed the speed point at me. after paying for my order she then went to the other ladies and started gossiping about me, i then saw the other ladies looking at me and one spoke out loud, saying: oh this is the one. i felt that was very unprofessional and the lady disrespected me very much. i had had a problem with her before because i once came in to order my breakfast and she gave me a doughnut instead of a sausage ****in meal, i then had to drive back to the store and ask for the correct food order as i only saw this when i got to work, which costed me time and petrol.

I am a customer who buys her breakfast at this restaurant every day/morning, i should think everyone there knows me already, and I am very upset about the level of arrogance, disrespect and humiliation i received from this lady.

when i was leaving i asked her for her name and only then she smiled and said her name is: Thulisile.
