Terrible Service an Understament

<p>I went to McDonald's Ballito this morning Before work, for 2x Mocha's and 2x doughnuts, upon arriving, I waited for two minutes at the McCafe with no one noticing me, I eventually had to get someone’s attention from McDonald's, as the staff member was not at the McCafe, and no one seemed to know where she was, I waited another two minutes while a staff member from McDonald's tried to look for her, at this point another two minutes had past, I asked for the manager, who seemed like he wasn’t interested in helping there were no pleasantries or apologies from him at all, eventually the Manager found the lady who works at the McCafe (I had already placed my order with him in order to speed up the process), unfortunately the Manager did not relay the info to the lady. I also asked him what time the McCafe was open from thinking I was early at least three times, he never responded and walked away, I had to ask the lady more than once the same question before getting the answer which was 6 am, I was at the McCafe around 8:20, which would give me enough time to get to work since I work around the corner, it seemed as if the lady deliberately took her time to prepare the items, and had constant conversations with the manager who had his back turned to me in the McCafe. <br />Due to the lack of understanding, and terrible service I was 20 minutes late for work, after explaining at the beginning that I need to get to work, furthermore, I had to tear off my own debit card Slip, and take my own receipt from the printer, I wasn't even offered an apology, I considered leaving when I realised I was late for work, but by then the transaction was already complete at 8:32. Never have I ever received such horrific Service anywhere ever in my life, the arrogance is appalling. I wish that I never stepped through the door at McDonald's Ballito. I’m happy to say that I never lost my cool, however I did tell the lady that I will never return to the store. <br />what a lovely way to start my day, I paid for doughnuts and Mocha and got a side order of Arrogance and a hefty serving of Slow service, oh and not forgetting, take your own receipt and merchant slip. <br />Regards, <br />Lee Reddy</p> <p> ********** 757</p>
