Terrible service

I am currently at the McDonald's sunnyside in pretoria and i had a very terrible experience today (friday 11 September 2026) When i entred i was very pressed and urgently needed the bathroom as i was traveling long distance when i asked one of the employees to open the bathroom for me i will buy after relieving myself and she refused i had to buy food under pressure and when i got to the bathroom i had messed myself a little

So is this the customer service that you provide all because of a bathroom i had to mess myself just because i did not buy food which i did not refuse to buy?
