Terrible service

Mc Donald's parow centre is really pathetic. Never again will I order from them. Today I was all day busy and mc Donald's was the only one I could call to deliver I tried calling from 9am eventually 4pm I got through to them. The staff are even worse as soon as I place an order I requested to place another one literally a breath later the consultant told me she can't take my next order it's not her problem i couldn't get through to them and she is literally screaming at me to not place an order that I told her to leave it and spoke to her manager. Like what disgusting customer service is this!!!!. After I've mentioned it to my colleagues everyone said they have problems with them. For future I advise do not order from them! Matters will be taken further by them !
