Terrible service

They don't even deserve a start! The McDonald's Protea Mall is terrible their staff members feel so comfortable that they screen and raise their voices at customers. They fail to manage their queue and the service they give to their customers when you start complaining about their service they raise their voices and speak in their own language amongst themself they you can even hear that they making nasty comments about you in front of their ****orkers and other customers on the queue. There's a lady called Thando who thinks she has a right to raise her voice to customers to intermediate customers by being loud and talking to her ****orkers like the people standing in the queue are not valued as customers this is the worst service I have ever received with such rude employees. This Thando girl thinks she works at boxer or a local unregistered tuck shop that she wants to do as she pleases! Can something be done about this terrible service because i wasn't the only person in the store complaining about this service!
