Terrible service

Terrible,Terrible absolutely terrible service

My husband bought 4 meals and 3 sauce extra

- No straws were given -No servittes given -1xjalapeno sauce and 2xbbq sauce paid for and not given -Grand chicken habenero ordered for my daughter and as per the slip No cheese,no letters,no sauce guess what all of the above on the burger -coke that we ordered as drinks came home gasless

Now the frustrating part for me is that if we were a R18 short you would not have helped us but you saw it fit to take my R18 and not give my sauces

Secondly does the staff not read as specified what items to remove from my daughter's burger

Thirdly how are we expected to drink the flat coke without any straws and what do you expect us to wipes our hands with our clothes maybe🙄

And the most frustrating part is that when my husband came home with the meals and we discovered all the mistakes,we phoned and phoned and continued phoning and absolutely no one picked up,and driving back was not an option with hungry kids

McDonald's kuilsriver please explain how it's possible to have so many mistakes in one order

And clearly you have taken my money for sauces which you didn't give me which I expect back
