Terrible service

I order'd 3 large milkshakes at McDonalds in Potchefstroom. We waited 30min for service and found out they got the order wrong. When we finally got the milkshakes it tasted like sour milk. That is unacceptable if I order something from a fast food or drive thru I expect quality for my money.

I don't know how they can serve people something like that and still be doing business. I would rather go to a different restuarant than McDonalds. I never had a terrible experience like that at a restuarant in my life.
