Terrible service

I order via uber eats and did not recieve my complete order my milkshakes did not get sent i called into the mc donalds phoenix plaza they said that the driver off uber eats came back and fetch my milkshakes however i never recieved it . I also reported on uber eats app they then refunded me but by that time i had already paid the driver in full for the order .... drivers name was orest
