TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!

I'm a big - or let me say WAS a big supporter of Mcdonalds, but after the run in I had with the Jean Crossing franchise, I'd rather go to Burger King, that's less that 20 m away!! I ordered 2 adult meals and 2x kiddies meals - We had to wait very long, got the wrong orders! Got cold fries! Did not get one of the drinks!! They had no choice of kiddies toys - so now we are sitting with 4 of the same toys - where we only needed the last 2!! And the person handing out the toys was the least friendliest person I've dealt with all day!! SERIOUSLY MCDONALDS, is this how its done?? I'm not happy at all - Will be recommending everyone to rather go to Burger King, unless you do something about this!!
