Terrible service

<p>This morning around 7.45 am by the drive thru at the Mac Donald sunnyside in steve biko street we ordered 2 times boerie breakfast bun with orange juice and 2 times big mac with chips without drinks. Before paying the lady did confirm the order that and we were happy that it is exactly what we ordered.</p> <p> </p> <p>We only realised after paying while awaiting for the order that they only deducted money for one and not two. We spoke to the lady by the name of Nhlanhla Mnisi to explain our situation as we could see that she was only providing us with one juice. She kept on informing us that it is fine and she will give us an extra juice. We could clearly notice that she was not even listening to our explanation. She decided to leave us by the window and indicated that she cannot be repeating herself more than once the whole day.</p> <p> </p> <p>This service is really so unacceptable considering we were calm and not even rude to her. Only if she had listened to us and not assume that we needed an extra free juice.</p> <p> </p> <p>We had to park and get inside the shop in order to place another order of which we could have saved that time. The worse part we asked for Nhlanhlas manager and we we told she is the manager heself. We asked if we could talk to her and we were told that she was busy which showed that she was not interested and only came back after sometime when our order was ready and we had to leave.</p> <p>We do not need staff with this kind of attitude we hoping that mac danald will take this matter serious considering this staff member is a manager as we were told.</p>
