Terrible service

Last week I placed an order for delivery at Mac Donald (Braamfontein) exactly at 12:00 midday, after a certain period of time I did a follow-up then they kept on saying my order is on the way it only came at 3pm after they said it would take 1 hour.

Today I ordered again I spoke to Precious from Mac Donald Braamfontein, I explained to her about what happened last week hoping it won't happen again. However she became extremely rude and sarcastic.

I work with people and know how I should be treated. Why would you have such a rude person answering calls?!!!!!
