Terrible service

The lady that was assisting with order via your drive through, Greeting me as if I was boring her because she is resting or doing so thing. She spoke in a very soft voice and I became petty and did the same and responded with a soft voice. Than she has the nerve to get short with me. Her name is Siphelele Tshabala and the manager on duty during that time was Grace was not helpful in reprimanding her, as she ended up arguing with me while I was tell Grace my experience with her (Siphelele) services. Please take her off from the mic if she is not interested in doing this job and get someone who willing to be audio-able and focused with every customer interaction. #McDonald Malibongiwe
