Terrible service

MCds Bayview CapeTown Worst service received ever from a McDonalds franchise. Made us wait in a que for 30min and then another 40min to receive our order! This was at 3pm...after the lunch crowd. Would have understood if it was busy....it was not! Staff were incredibly slow. Our order qued on the please collect and then dropped off the screen. We had to go ask numerous times before they remembered.
