Terrible service

Service at Four ways McDonald's is awful. For the third day they haven't had ice so therefore cannot make iced coffees, they take the order and pay for the order and only then do you get told they don't have ice. Ask for a refund and get told no refunds. No apologies from the staff, they just look at you as if you are in the wrong. One day with this issue is fine but three days is shocking.
